Design Features
Our houses are thoughtfully detailed and equipped with everything you may need.
Natural materials. We use sustainable and natural materials such as burnt and natural larch, birch plywood. Design is honest: no fakes. There is no tiles which look like wood and concrete is real concrete. |
Outside living. Our houses are designed in such a way so you can enjoy outdoors more. |
Built-in furniture. We fit your houses with custom designed built-in furniture. This way space is used with maximum efficiency without compromising the looks. |
Each room with a view! It is important for us to look out. Although our models are compact in size, floor to cieling windows make it feel bigger. You can control privacy through built-in ceiling roller blinds. |
High-quality finishes. We choose high-quality materials with a fair price. |
Full lighting concept. Good light makes 50% of interior. So lighting inside and outside our houses is well thought through. |
Heating. Our modules are heated with a warm floor. We use heat pump to heat and cool the house. Can be equipped with solar panels for heating and electrical supply. |
Equipment. All household equipment is included for cooking and cleaning. |
Ventilation. We believe that quality of air is vital. Our houses include mechanical ventilation and provide good natural ventilation as well as air conditioning. To lower energy consumption there is an optional recuperation system. |

While your house is delivered vendor prepares utility connections and foundation.
Our modules are light and require simple piled foundations in most areas.
